“Colour Dance”
Colour dance is a unique experience developed over the past four years by Ronni and it embraces colour therapy, expressive movement and dance combined with improvisational music.
In a colour dance session the room is blacked out, then flooded with pure, single wave-length colour and, guided by Ronni, we absorb and embrace the colour into our center. Moving from this point we use instruments, movements and sound to express how each colour makes us feel. After each colour experience we sit in circle and share our experience, thus increasing our awareness of how colour affects our moods and emotions. Read more.
